Job summary
Relient Health is assisting a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Camden, ME to hire a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). You will provide skilled therapy under a licensed Physical Therapist, help develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress in EMR systems while coordinating with PTs, OTs, SLPs and nursing staff.
This full-time position offers competitive pay ($25-35/hr), full benefits, licensure support, and potential sign-on or relocation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current ME license (or eligibility to obtain).
- New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
