Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Bryan, TX. You will provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and contribute to treatment plans, helping patients regain independence in a collaborative rehab team.

New grads are welcome; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, CE support, and licensure assistance. Schedule is Monday–Friday with direct hire/permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current TX license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
