Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Brick, NJ. The role offers full-time hours, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a patient-focused rehab department.

You will provide therapy services under a licensed PT, help develop individualized plans, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to promote patient independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current NJ license or eligibility to obtain.
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome.
• Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
