Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine partners with Upstream Rehabilitation to offer outpatient orthopedic PTA roles in Cincinnati. You’ll provide hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT and work with a sports-focused team.

We hire full-time, part-time, and PRN PTA colleagues, including new grads, with competitive pay, mentorship, and clear growth paths across our network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Ohio PTA license (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs
