Job summary

Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, in partnership with Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for the Cincinnati/Sharonville area to support outpatient orthopedic care and advanced therapy for overhead athletes. You will join a sports-focused team and focus on patient care while building your PTA career.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Ohio PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.

Education
