Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedics team in Duluth, GA. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with mentorship and growth within a national network that prioritizes patient-centered care.

You’ll deliver evidence-based care under a licensed PT, help patients regain mobility and function, track progress with the team, and contribute to a collaborative clinic culture focused on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Georgia PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
