Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Gresham, OR, and surrounding areas and seeks motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands‑on care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. You will work with a supervising PT in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team to deliver one-on-one treatment and help patients regain strength and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT, adjusting activities based on patient progress.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities, tracking progress.
• Document visits accurately and on time within FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate with POAs and community referral sources and assist coverage when needed.
