Green Oaks Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Dallas rehabilitation team. You will work with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality care and help patients recover.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current Texas PTA license or license eligible.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Experience in sports rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans and evaluating patient progress.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home programs.
• Apply therapeutic modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere for patients and colleagues.
