Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). The PTA will work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to support recovery in a clinic setting.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited PTA program and state licensure, with strong communication skills and comfort using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA program.
• State licensure or certification as PTA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the PT.
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support PT evaluations and assessments.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care.
