Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in California or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility guidelines.
• Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence and independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents and families and build meaningful relationships.
• Contribute positive energy and compassion daily.
