Job summary

Collierville Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver PT services under a licensed PT. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and maintain high-quality patient interactions in a supportive setting.

You will supervise rehab technicians, contribute to evaluations, and ensure compliance with state and federal PT guidelines while helping residents regain mobility and confidence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Valid state Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening and providing input to initial evaluations as appropriate.
• Implement treatment for all assigned patients in accordance with the established plan of care.
• Provide direct supervision to rehabilitation technicians during group and individual treatment.
• Maintain timely documentation and billing as required by guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to integrate physical therapy into overall care.
