Talent With Heart is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California to join our clinical team. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help document patient progress.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Licensure: Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Skills: Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Documentation: Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Communication: Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
