Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients per an established plan under supervision.
• Progress patients through levels of treatment safely within capabilities.
• Document all treatment and patient interactions per policy.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Maintain effective communication with the rehab team and Supervisor.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
