Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Genesis Healthcare partner in Belen Meadows HC and Rehab. You will implement PT programs, deliver therapy treatments, and help patients regain mobility in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the APTA.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to regain mobility and function through prescribed physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments to improve patients’ physical abilities.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other providers to support patient care as needed.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care and communicate progress to patients and families.
