Top Caregivers Llc is looking for an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy support to patients in their homes in Pearland and the greater Houston area. You will ensure that therapy sessions are conducted according to established care plans and assist patients with their adaptive needs.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensing for Physical Therapy Assistant is required.
• Experience in home health environments is preferred.
• CPR certification and professional liability insurance are mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Follow all therapy plans laid out for patients.

• Complete progress notes in a timely manner.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Houston and/or surrounding areas! As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be providing therapy and support for our patients in their homes. You will be following plans of care previously laid out, assisting your patients with using adaptive devices, and maintaining all therapy spaces and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow all plans of care and therapy laid out for patients under your care
• Assist patients with using adaptive equipment, modified exercises, and learning basic life skills
• Timely completion of progress notes
• Communicate with the Physical Therapist as needed

Qualifications

• Current state licensing for physical therapy assistant required
• Previous experience working in home health desired
• Familiarity with Kinnser is helpful
• CPR certified
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Current Drivers License
• Auto Insurance
