Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Thomaston, GA, to join our home-based care team. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and daily living activities for patients.

This role requires driving to patient homes, maintaining reliable transportation, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care with opportunities for ongoing professional development within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• PTA works under the direction of a Physical Therapist to treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Help patients achieve independence in self-care and daily living activities.
