Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Augusta, GA. Under the supervision of Physical Therapists, you will help patients improve mobility and daily living through therapeutic modalities and exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients with physical impairments under the direction of Physical Therapists.
• Help patients improve mobility and functional independence through therapeutic modalities and exercises.
• Support daily living activities and mobility goals as part of home-based care plan.
