Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Grapevine, TX seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support PTs in delivering in-home care. You will help patients improve mobility, self-care, and daily functioning under supervision, with an emphasis on quality and compassionate treatment.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Texas (state-licensed) is required.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Automobile liability insurance is required.
• Dependable transportation to travel to patient homes.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• PTA works under the direction of Physical Therapists to improve mobility and daily living for patients.
• Documentation and coordination with PTs and caregivers to ensure quality in-home care.
