Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Florida.
• 1+ year PTA experience; home health preferred.
• Florida license/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting.
• Follow physician orders and treatment plans under supervision of a Registered PT.
• Deliver therapy to help patients achieve independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient satisfaction.
