Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-led, diverse organization. You will assist in implementing PT plans, provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and monitor patient progress with documentation in EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a PTA, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
