Qualifications

• Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents with disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope after physician order and evaluation
• Improve residents' functionality and skills
• Document using Net Health
• Collaborate with supervising PT to develop programs meeting resident needs
• Attend care planning and staff/family meetings
• Help the facility meet OBRA standards and infection control policies
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager/supervisor
