Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license for the state of practice.
• Associate degree PTA from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT per state guidelines.
• Assist in selecting suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for eval.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and up to date.
