Renewal Rehab in Hastings, MI is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide PT-assisted treatments under a licensed PT, support patient evaluations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy in collaboration with PT.
• Coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
