Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team under the Director of Rehab. You will implement physical therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to patients in our skilled nursing and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Provide patient-centered care and support throughout therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with therapy team and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist in adapting programs to individual patient needs.
