Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Syracuse, NY, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our 513-bed skilled nursing team. You will work with a professional caregiving team to support residents’ physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

This full-time PTA position offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from $25 to $32 per hour and opportunities for hands-on training and career development.

Qualifications

• Active New York State PTA licensure required.
• Knowledge of DOH regulations and CMS guidelines is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Follow treatment plans to help residents restore day‑to‑day function.
• Collaborate with Director of Rehabilitation to ensure quality care.
• Provide personable solutions to accommodate resident needs.
