Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider in Rutland, Vermont, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our award-winning team. You will support licensed physical therapists in delivering patient-centered therapy and help advance clinical programs.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, documenting records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role:

• Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of patient treatment plans
• Conduct physical therapy treatments and interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and clinical practices
• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient treatments and progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
