STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Tennessee. The role involves assisting licensed Physical Therapists with therapeutic interventions, documenting progress, and guiding patients on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current TN PTA licensure and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic interventions under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Record patient progress and treatment responses.
• Report patient status and measure ROM, strength, and vitals.
• Instruct patients and families on home exercises and devices.
• Assist in quality assurance and ensure proficiency in PT principles.
