Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans. You will supervise staff and ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and ethics.

New grads are welcome, with a strong focus on mentorship, professional development and community outreach as part of a growing multi-state practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current Tennessee PT license.
• CPR certification.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work autonomously in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and assess physical status and mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, families and staff.
• Supervise PTAs, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians and students.
• Ensure supervised personnel carry out treatments as outlined.
• Contribute to program development and participate in educational activities.
• Assist in outreach community events as directed by the Clinic Director.
• Adhere to state practice act regulations and APTA code of ethics.
