Skyline Healthcare Center-San Jose is hiring for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). The PTA will administer treatments for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues, perform strength/ROM tests, and follow a care plan to support resident recovery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA program required or equivalent.
• Current California PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatment to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Performs tests/measures of muscle strength, ROM, and respiration.
• Delivers direct clinical treatment per care plan.
• Maintains patient records confidentiality.
• Participates in home assessments and discharge planning with PT/OT as needed.
• Completes forms per policy and state/federal regulations.
