Garden Terrace Alzheimer's Center of Excellence in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, assist in therapy sessions, and help ensure high-quality care for dementia patients.

New grads welcome; CPR certification required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email is helpful for charting and coordinating with the care team.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license required.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Responsabilidades

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Chart patient progress accurately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software and documentation tools for daily notes.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan patient care.
