Job summary

Total Care Therapy LLC in Fairfield, OH is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. You will work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in assisted living and independent living communities.

Responsibilities include skilled PT treatments, gait and balance work, progress monitoring, EMR documentation, and educating residents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current State Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• CPR/BLS certification must be current.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under supervision and plan of care.
• Deliver exercises, gait training, balance activities and mobility interventions.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to supervising PT.
• Complete documentation and treatment notes in EMR.
• Educate residents and caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a full caseload with compassionate, high-quality therapy.
