Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Cranbury, NJ. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a SNF/long-term care setting with competitive pay and a supportive culture.

You will provide therapy under supervision, participate in patient selection, and collaborate with the PT to ensure quality outcomes. APTA‑accredited program and current state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• APTA‑accredited PTA program required.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
