Aurora Health and Rehabilitation in Rolla, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. This full-time role offers a $30–$36/hour pay range and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with PRN shifts at $35–$38/hour.

You will support patient mobility by delivering treatment plans across orthopedic, neurologic, short-term rehab and long-term care, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and with an in-house interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri PTA license (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care.
• Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals.
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards.
• Use current equipment and modalities.
