Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/long-term care setting. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, help identify eligible patients, and coordinate with PTs for evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
