Tender Touch Rehab Services in Smyrna, DE is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time on-site role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will deliver therapy under a licensed PT, coordinate evaluations, maintain compliant records, and support patients' progress in a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
