Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
