Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Compensation is $35.00–$42.00 per hour with comprehensive healthcare, retirement matching, and ongoing clinical education to support growth.

You will provide therapy under supervision, help identify patients for therapy, coordinate with the PT, maintain documentation to regulatory

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
