Tender Touch Rehab Services in Englewood, NJ, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a FULL TIME role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation is $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, with a strong focus on professional growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
