Step Up Rehab in Lecanto, FL is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and quality of life.

This full-time role requires Florida PTA licensure (or license-eligible) and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus, and a supportive leadership culture is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
