Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Carmichael, CA. You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT, helping patients regain mobility and independence through individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CA license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
