The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, with opportunities to collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other care professionals in a dynamic senior living environment.

Formación

• PA license required for PTA practice.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with therapy exercises and treatment plans.
• Support improvements in strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and care teams.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates.
• Encourage and motivate residents throughout rehabilitation.
