The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role supports PTs in planning and delivering effective treatments, helping patients regain movement and manage pain in their home-care setting.

We value compassionate care and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care for our clients in the Fort Myers area.

Formación

• Experience in patient care, preferably in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings, or home care.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Inpatient therapy procedures familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and care routines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
