Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health team. Under the supervision of Physical Therapists, you will help patients with mobility and functional goals in the home setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active PTA license in the state of employment, have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. You will travel to patient homes and support daily living activities and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of employment.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Automobile liability insurance required.
• Dependable transportation in good condition.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of Physical Therapists to treat patients with physical impairments.
• Assist patients to improve mobility, function and independence in daily living.
