Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Floater for a full-time role in Havertown, PA. You will provide PT services under supervision, assist in selecting patients for therapy, and coordinate with the PT for evaluations across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A minimum of one year SNF experience and willingness to travel to multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT per state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
