Tender Touch Rehab Services in Havertown, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant Floater for a full-time role in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will provide PTA under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assist in patient selection, and contribute to outcomes.

Candidates must have an APTA-accredited PTA program degree, hold an active PTA license in Pennsylvania, and be willing to travel to multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Willing to travel to multiple facilities; SNF experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-led treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure orders are obtained and up to date.
