Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team in Adrian, MI. This part-time role offers a caring environment in SNF and Long-Term Care settings, with compensation in the $55,000–$70,000/year range and licensing requirements.

You'll provide PT treatments under supervision, support patient selection and referrals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Paired degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
