Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to provide patient care at our skilled nursing facility in Eudora, KS. The PTA will implement care plans and work with the PT and interdisciplinary team.

Candidates should have graduation from accredited PTA program and an active PTA license in Kansas; strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills are valued. We welcome new graduates and experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s code of ethical conduct, and to state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Facilitate patient progress and make adjustments per PT guidance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
