Renewal Rehab in Morris, IL is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will provide physical therapy under supervision, help identify suitable patients for therapy, and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.

Qualifications
