Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Michigan. This SNF/Long-Term Care setting focuses on quality patient outcomes and clinician development.

You will deliver PT procedures under supervision, help select patients for therapy, coordinate with the PT for evaluations, and maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice is required.
• Must hold current PTA license to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
