Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams on a part-time basis. You will support PTs, perform treatments under supervision, and contribute to patient progress while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
